Not a bad place but have some that shouldn’t be in management. Always need help, steady hours for sure and overtime. If you have the right attitude to make a difference, step up. It has been a few years since we had services with ICARE but I can say they are much more organized than most. They had a person who handled the medications who was in the office available anytime. They had fun activities for the clients. I would recomend them for care.
