I had an excellent experience with Idris. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about helping people. What stood out the most was how humble, patient, and respectful he was. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered without making me feel rushed. It's rare to find someone who combines such expertise with such kindness. Highly recommend this pharmacy and especially Idris for the outstanding service!
