Due to surgery, I wasn’t able to attend my daughter’s appointment. However, Dr. Kim personally called and left me a detailed message explaining her treatment plan. That thoughtful gesture reassured me that I made the right decision in choosing her as my daughter’s orthodontist. I truly appreciate the exceptional communication and level of care.

I went to iCare wanting to get braces to close a few gaps in my teeth. I've worn braces before and just wanted to fix some of the imperfections that have come about since I've been out of them. Firstly, the office is very nice and so are the staff. Secondly, this is an orthodontic office of INTEGRITY. The Dr. could have just taken my money and made false promises that she could accomplish what I was wanting. I have been taking my 3 boys here for 8 years. The staff is always on time, kind, and they take the time to explain everything to my boys. It's always a pleasure going. My husband and I go here as well.
