RecommendedI had my first appointment here today and I am more than happy to give a wonderful review! I have anxiety of new places and small spaces with closed doors (I know I’m a nut case lol) but all the staff made this visit a complete breeze! The Dr and all the staff were so incredibly nice! I think it’s safe to say I’ve finally found my optometrist! Absolutely love this place!
Stay away! No longer the real Dr Kirby,Joni,Naomi. Complete staff change over. It’s the whole office vibe is pathetic. Loud “ “yelling I’m coming Dr” over and over. Chaotic, hectic and an Overall unprofessionally run office. I got here at 320 it is now 420 and I was just getting up to walk out. The office staff are poorly dressed in red and black flannel shirts with black leggings and dirty worn down Ugg’s trashy mess! Took my son in today for his very first eye exam. It was by far the best place to go. Everyone is so amazing. Every other place I have gone has been a huge disappointment. Finally found a great place to go where you atually do leave with a smile!!
Great atmosphere and service from People were excellent. Highly recommend my friends of going there for eye care needs.
I wanted to thank your office so much! Yesterday my son broke his glasses at school and it was so bad that I was worried the insurance I had wouldn't cover the damage. I managed to call 10 minutes before you closed and you guys said it was OK for me to come in . My son walked out with new frames, the exact same style and color and with his lenses put in. I was amazed and we weren't even in the office for 15 minutes. You made a stressful afternoon so much better for this mom. Thanks again!
