Quality of service going down at this establishment. Gel tips peeling 3 days after they were done. Technician nipped me with her tool and my finger hurt for literally two weeks. I am not the only one reporting recent poor quality of work. Nail salons everywhere, clearly this establishment not bothered by that. Sadly.

I’ve been coming here supporting Stephen and Nina since 2015, enduring A LOT of turnover, but the last two times I’ve come, I’ve never felt more disregarded and unappreciated. There has been a major decline in quality of services due to instability in staff and poor management. I came in for a pedicure today and had to get my toes repainted 3x before they were flawless. I used to go here all the time. The last time I went they had someone new who they were actively training do my manicure and pedicure, was not impressed. Went on mother's day as a treat from my sibling and the pedicure was not relaxing at all, it just hurt. My cuticles were cut up and pushed way back and when cleaning up under the nails they were digging the metal tool very hard and stabbing me. I got a deluxe pedicure with gel and a gel manicure for about $100. Overall it was okay but I left with mixed feelings. Stephen and the other technician were very welcoming at the beginning, which I appreciated. They offered to do my manicure and pedicure at the same time, which was efficient but for me it ended up feeling overwhelming instead of relaxing. Both services felt rushed.
