I used to go here all the time. The last time I went they had someone new who they were actively training do my manicure and pedicure, was not impressed. Went on mother's day as a treat from my sibling and the pedicure was not relaxing at all, it just hurt. My cuticles were cut up and pushed way back and when cleaning up under the nails they were digging the metal tool very hard and stabbing me. I got a deluxe pedicure with gel and a gel manicure for about $100. Overall it was okay but I left with mixed feelings. Stephen and the other technician were very welcoming at the beginning, which I appreciated. They offered to do my manicure and pedicure at the same time, which was efficient but for me it ended up feeling overwhelming instead of relaxing. Both services felt rushed. I have went here for years and this has never happened I have always been very satisfied with my services and the work they perform. Unfortunately I went in on Wednesday 2/26/26 and was left with chemical burns on my feet, the entire pedicure burned very badly and I was unsure if it was because I am 27 weeks pregnant and my feet are just extra sensitive so I did not say anything while receiving the service, because I didn’t want to be a baby about it if it was nothing, my fault I know.. it is now the day after 2/27/26 and my... read more
