Really long wait times despite being the second one in the door I waited more than an hour and multiple people were seen despite arriving after me

I tried to contact management however I was told no one was available and I couldn't get a number to even leave a message she said and if I had any issues I could address them with her (the receptionist.. who is the person I was having issues with) The doctors I have seen have been great however the receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. Absolutely terrible place, e transfer wanted and if your from out of province they want 100$ to even talk to you.
The doctors I have seen have been great however the receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. Visit 1: I came to the clinic after stubbing my toe a few days earlier. The side of my toenail had begun to hurt, and I was concerned it might be becoming infected. I visited the clinic a week ago and had a very positive experience. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful. Special thanks to Mai for facilitating the appointment and coordinating the visit as well as the medical prescription. I would also like to thank Dr. Marath for taking the time to assess my case and prescribing an effective medication that worked well for me. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism of the entire team.
