Sad when the receptionist just keeps picking the phone up and hangs it up without a word
Beware before going to this place! I had an accident at a nearby campground. I called ICare to inquire about my insurance, and if it was accepted there, to which they replied that it was.I had tripped stepping up on a deck, fell, injuring my ribs. I was in a lot of pain and it hurt to breathe. So I went to be checked out. Imagine my surprise few months later when I received a bill for $300! The full cost of the visit! This was by far the worst medical experience I have ever had. Every staff member was extremely rude, judgmental, and unprofessional. I have never felt so uncomfortable and belittled than when I went to the Ebensburg iCare. Even the doctor was providing me with inaccurate information and practicing very unprofessional behavior. I will never return to this location again and will be sure to advise my loved ones not to attend this facility. I have never written any sort of review, but I felt this was completely necessary.
I waited for two hours to be seen and still was not seen.

Absolutely love this place! Cecilia has never misdiagnosed my children or I. She is definitely well educated and on top of her profession. We will continue coming here if our care if our pediatrician and my PCP doesn’t have any availability. Office workers also are great- I dealt with a girl named Nicole. She was friendly and helpful.
The doctors and nurses are very polite and make sure you are in and out quickly. they also call to follow up on your visit, and I love that.
