I want to sincerely thank the receptionist for her outstanding service. She is incredibly honest, helpful, and truly goes above and beyond. Despite how busy the clinic is , she always makes the effort to accommodate my requests and communicates with patience and professionalism. I really appreciate her dedication and the positive energy she brings to the front desk. All good things to say — she’s a true asset to the clinic!
The middle aged blonde receptionist was extremely rude. I went in on July 3 in the afternoon and the receptionist working was extremely hostile and aggressive. She was screaming at me because I was trying to figure out an alternative date for an appointment because the one she scheduled didn’t work for me and she was being rude. I asked her if she could stop yelling at me and her response was “I’m not yelling, you don’t want to see what would happen if I did start yelling”. This is specifically for Dr. Knowles! I had a colposcopy done with her and I can honestly say that it was the best experience I've ever had with doctors! And I've seen good amount in my life for different reasons. She is so caring, compassionate and answers all your questions! Now I'm thinking of having her as my ob lol. Thank you Dr Knowles!!!
