Doctor Knowles is great during the appointments. I just wish I could have a feedback from my exams saying that everything is ok or not. Specially considering that my PAP test from previous years was not good. But I have terrible experiences with the receptionists via phone, they are no patient and extremely rude I even had an argument with one them once. That’s why I will give 1 star
I am extremely unhappy with the service I received. I went into the appointment expecting to leave feeling confident that my concerns would be addressed. The woman I met with made me feel very comfortable and assured me she would do everything in her power to help me. It has now been several months and I have heard absolutely nothing. There has been no follow up, no check in, and no attempt to book another appointment. I honestly do not understand the purpose of my visit when nothing was done to help me. The receptionist (with blonde hair) was amazing and so understanding. She’s really professional. Super helpful.
For both pregnancies Dr Knowles was my obgyn. She's the sweetest answered all questions, made recommendations & ensured all is well. I thank God for her daily.
Can’t say enough about the amazing receptionist at this clinic. Friendly, helpful and hard working. She is a true asset to this practice and they are lucky to have her. True customer service!
