Amazing people, very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t get his name but the guy at front with the glasses was very friendly & easy going, same goes for the girl. Dr Saleh was very professional and extremely knowledgeable.
Excellent experience at I Care Orléans! Dr. Saleh is respectful, kind, caring, and takes the time to thoroughly assess her patients and answer all questions. Jeremy at the front desk is very polite, humble, and welcoming. The clinic is clean and well organized. I also did the CLARUS test—although it’s an extra cost, it was definitely worth it and provided valuable insight into the health of my eyes. Highly recommend Dr. Saleh and her team!
Dr.Fahim is always late. I came to the office with the appointment time at .8.30am . Doctor showed up at 8.50 am. Waiting room was full of patients waiting for him since 7.30am. Admin team is rude and unfriendly. I dont usually write reviewes but the care in that place is awful.
Complete and utter disrespect for their clients time! Waiting room is full, seniors forced to stand for long periods of time waiting to be seen.
