I had a horrible experience with Icard Merrill, I retained Lindsey Meshberger for a divorce case. There was a constant lack of communication but the 3 biggest problems were #1) changed her hourly billing, one month after retaining her and then when I asked about it, I received no reply. #2) Told the judge in court that the reason she lacked information on my case is because she just received the case when she had the case for 4 months prior. #3) I was not even informed of a case management hearing that I had until it was ove... read more

It was time to update our wills. Mark Martella covered every base! We have complete documents, both hardcopies and electronic, and now our executors have access to EVERYTHING too. Mark explained the legal terms patiently and thought of so much more than we did. He created a trust for us as well. We are relieved and confident having everything in place. We highly recommend Mark and his staff.
