When we arrived for the appointment I scheduled days in advance, the vehicle was still blocked in (way in the back against the fence). It took 20 minutes to get it out and I even assisted in moving the vehicles myself. Before the test drive we noticed that the vehicle only had 13 miles of range, in addition it was in Valet mode. Their excuse was that they didn't have the PIN # to get it out of Valet mode. Come to find out, they had it written right on the key tag (once we had it home unfortunately).
