I ordered a USA map for pinning purposes. When it came I loved it because it is quite nice looking. Several people asked about it and I highly recommended the company. We recently went to pin recent trips on the east coast and there are states missing. I contacted the company and after several rude exchanges they refuse to fix the situation.
