My grandson loved his piñata!!
So disappointed, made a long drive because I need party favors on a Sunday, and waited 30 minutes from 9:00-9:30 and they never opened. They should adjust their schedule. They do not open at 9:00am on Sundays.
Staff is very kind and they have a good variety of party themes/supplies. This was the only place that had ballerina piñatas when I needed one. They also have good prices other places were charging more because they said I needed a custom one.
Horrible customer service. Not one time experience but in multiple occasions. One time they charged me more for an item than what it said on the package, then second time a young guy that works there was going to give wrong amount of change back, and Maria specifically was very rude when I asked her a question responded with a horrible attitude,rolled her eyes and laughed. They all have horrible attitudes but especially the girls.
I’ve never seen so many piñatas. I had 4 different choices for Sonic alone. And I love that they seem locally made. I’m a little sad that I didn’t look beyond party city sooner as they have everything, and I was able to make my best balloon arch yet, with balloons that actually lasted 24 hours. This is my new go- to for anything party related.
