It was a nice clean store. A little jam packed, but organized. However it was very over priced on alot of items & they really only catered to Mexican candy. For a party store with the name candy in the marque, they should carry a lot more American types of candy. I actually don't even know if that's the right way to call it,but since it's obvious to see the difference on the shelves which are Mexican candies and what are not. I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the experience I had at your store today. A couple of weeks ago, I placed an order for a specific piñata. When I arrived to pick it up today, I was presented with the incorrect item. Despite this being an error on the store's part, I was told that I could not receive a refund. This place has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, no one up front wants to answer any questions, it seems to be a problem. I literally heard the woman over their "radio' say in spanish if we were not spending money she wasn't available to answer questions. Great, I will take my money elsewhere. 5/30 approx. 4:30 pm.
