Absolutely do not recommend using this lab. For weeks they informed us a case we sent them was in production for a single unit. We called multiple times to get an update. They informed us of a past balance from a case 8 months prior and would not release the case. They never sent any statements and a check was issued which never cleared. We paid the lab in full and requested the case be returned. They delayed and delayed giving contradictory stories and then informed us the case was lost!
