Wish I had better things to say. They lost our business because of constant games around pricing. They’d give us a rate, we’d walk away, then they’d chase us saying they “expected us to negotiate.” When it came time to renew, the rates were suddenly sky-high and this time they refused to negotiate at all. They also charged us a large fee to bridge the mortgage and even withdrew an extra payment they were not supposed to. It took an entire year to get our own money back. Very disappointing experience
True Customer Service is the norm at this branch!!!! From smiles to efficiency they never disappoint. Many thanks to Vanessa, Mary, Lina and all the employees [new employees whom I have not yet memorized their names-but know you are valued] If I could I would give them 10 STARS. If you are looking for a banking institution, please check them out-you won't be disappoined.
They have exceeded all my business needs and great customer service.
Typically my preferred branch, more accessible than the Woodbridge ave. branch. Always have tellers that are bi-lingual (Italian and English) and if any teller has to do something out of their comfort zone the whole staff freely communicates with each-other for help. IC Savings sets a pretty high standard for customer service that is notable if you ever use ANY big bank. Because of this, the experience grows with anyone more you use it - even if it’s by phone or online. I strongly recommend it!
IC Savings has the best customer service of all financial institutions. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mary with my account needs. Mary is extraordinarily phenomenal taking her time to thoroughly and simply explain the products and rates available at IC Savings. At IC Savings, service, rates and products are incomparable.
