I cannot say enough great things about IC Plumbing and Terry Stokes. When we were experiencing a major drainage issue, Terry came all the way from Carrollton, Texas to DeSoto and provided same-day service. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and committed to finding the actual problem instead of just selling an expensive repair. This is the best plumbing company I have had in a long time. The owner, Terry Stokes, is very responsive, their main plumber, who came by, TJ Bishop, was really smart and found and fixed a leak that two other plumbers failed to do so, and the junior plumber, Dillon Stokes, effectively assisted to ensure that work was properly completed and that the area of the work looked spic and span after the work was done with no trace of any debris.
