The person who picks up the phone is Very unprofessional. I’m trying to reschedule an appointment but they keep hanging up instead of actually doing their job. I don’t appreciate my time being waste. Doctors are great, it’s just their front staff who makes it complicated.
Dr. Aaila Chaudhry is the sweetest most compassionate doctor I have ever been seen by! She is always behind schedule but you never ever feel like she is trying to catch up or rush your appointment. I have no problem waiting she is definitely worth it!
I called between 1 PM and 2:30 PM today and would like to address a concern regarding the reception staff. I noticed some issues that suggest a lack of competence in handling inquiries. At this point it’s been going so long the people in Pa tell me I should go in and make an appointment!
