I noticed these reviews are a bit dated. I had been going here for a very long time. I've had glasses contacts even surgeries done here. Dr chaudry is great, and optometry is great, BUT. If you're hoping to be in and out, you're sadly mistaken. If you get here on time or earlier no one cares. If you're 15 minutes late, it's a problem, you're gonna have to now, wait an hour. But that doesn't matter because you're gonna wait an hour even if you are on time for the scheduled appointment..... I even heard a receptionist arguing ... read more

Excellent in taking care of my eyes
I had an appointment at 2:15, I arrived at 1:56. I am still sitting in a second waiting room to see the doctor. Why even give an appointment when the doctor doesn’t even see the patient until an hour and a half after your appointment time? I heard that the place use to be fast and nice, now it’s bad. I don’t understand having a second waiting area if you already start out in in, plus it is very tight in this second waiting room. I don’t think I recommend this place to anyone else.

It was a good place, not any more, I believe they are more concerned about getting money from the insurance companies then they are about their patients. Had an 11:15am appointment and it’s 1:20pm now and I’m still waiting to be seen.
I had lasik eye surgery and I was told it was covered for life. If I wanted to have it repeated due to vision changes I could go back and have procedure repeated. Well they don’t stand by their guarantee because now they want me to pay an out of pocket expense because vision changed and I can’t see far away anymore. I went thru all the preoperative testing to find out they won’t cover it 100% because technology has changed. Technology will always be changing and getting better.
