I am VERY disappointed with the "deep cleaning" service I paid for my new home. Iris and her staff left my home with: 1. A dirty oven that clearly wasn't even wiped. When brought to her attention, she said she can't get it to look new. I didn't expect it to look new but I did expect for it to look like you at least tried to wipe away the gunk.
