IC Build Decking was top notch from estimate to planning/design to the final product. They were very professional as a father/son team and their work crew were always professional and worked efficiently. Alex handled the estimate, planning and the permit requirements for the village which was a bonus that I did not have to deal with. Very easy and straightforward to work with. It was a very easy and non stressful experience.
IC Build just completed our deck. Highly recommended. Alex did the quoting, and we obtained multiple quotes (5 companies). He was transparent about what they could do and not do, as well as what would be good material options and why he recommended them. We were on a tight budget and needed to stick to it. Alex was able to get us a good deal that balanced our needs and add-ons (heat-resistant flooring, post lights, step lights). IC Build came out to Huntley to repair my unsafe deck. The quote was at a great price for what I wanted and needed to get done. The communication throughout the project was excellent by the owners. The crew was efficient, quick, and friendly. The new decking, railing, and stairs look great and are so much safer.
