iBuild worked with our architects and us to build a great, custom home. There were issues, of course, but we worked through them with open communication and things never got ugly. They caught many issues with the design / plans and made sure that things turned out right. In the end we kept the budget and have been living in the place we wanted built for 5 satisfying years and counting.
