I called Monday morning ( today) and 1.5 hours later aprox they were at my house. The man was super nice and professional. Answered all my curious and probably dumb questions ( but didn’t talk down) Gave me good advice to avoid future problems. Highly recommend!!!
We've used IBS to snake our main sewer line twice now. There was an issue the second time with the tech, but Ivan reached out to us afterward to see how he could make things right. And he did.
We have had IBS out to our house before and everything was great, that's why we called them again when our main line was clogged last night. We ended up having a problem with the job the tech did, but the owner Ivan got ahold of us immediately and rectified the situation.
Called for the company to come out and locate and pump out the septic for a 250 quote. Isreal shows up and digs 2 hole then says he cant find the septic. Gave me a bill for $210 for digging and filling 2 holes. Same cost as the original quote. This company now will not take my call. BEWARE
How long does it normally take to install a septic system? days? Weeks? Months?
Worked along side IBS at some commercial and residential accounts, always deliver 100%! It's really great when two companies can work together flawlessly and on time!
I cannot thank IBS enough! We renovated a 130+ yr old home, and every time we have called they have come out within hours and cleaned up the problem, even going so far as to using a fiber optic camera to make sure we'll have no more issues. Even though they have a dirty job to do, they have all been polite and professional, cleaning up after themselves and charging a reasonable fee. I would highly recommend their services! I just want to give a huge thank you to Ivan and IBS for coming out last night in the rain to help stop my lower floor from flooding., great company with great employees and owners!!!! Thanks again guys you saved allot of damage, it could have been much, much worse.
