I absolutely love the professional ebrow service I receive at JV Lounge. I have a client since it was originally called IBROWS & More. That has been since 2018. All the employees are wonderful. Very clean. comforting and welcoming environment. I highly recommend
Mapping looked great, however the end result was not at all what I agreed to.. not at all. My eyebrows look terrible. I had grown them out as much as I could so they’d just need a nice clean up. Instead they were totally misshaped! I literally have half of a left brow! Both brows are way too short but the left is shorter and the right is thinner than the left! I’m beyond disappointed. I have trusted Jessica with my eyebrows for two years now. She is professional, highly skilled, and she listens to you and makes sure you are happy with your service. I have referred several people to her. She is THAT good!
Everyone there was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the space itself was very clean and relaxing. I originally went in hoping to get nano brows, but because of some acne in the area Jessica recommended waiting until my skin heals. I really appreciated her honesty and professionalism; it showed they truly care about the health of your skin and the quality of their work rather than just doing the service.
