Jessica was amazing. She is personable and professional. She explained what she was doing and allowed my input to assure I was okay with the shape, etc.
Vanessa was great ! She was friendly . Made me feel comfortable. She kept me informed on each step she was doing .
I stopped in for a simple eyebrow touch-up and ended up having a very uncomfortable experience. The technician spent about 25 minutes drawing on my eyebrows without explaining what she was doing. When I finally asked, she said she was “mapping” my brows. I requested a basic clean-up based on my existing shape, but she couldn’t explain why that wasn’t an option.
