DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANY TYPE OF EYELASHES WHATSOEVER!!!!!!! I went there today; told them I wanted my eyebrows WAXED and that I wanted to try out the lashes. Y’all.....they threaded my brows first of all, not waxed but they didn’t look bad so I got over it. But these freaking lashes. LO-freaking-L. Y’all the glue was so thick that it looked like EYELINER. it was attached to my SKIN not my lashes whatsoever. It was pulling out my real eyelashes and making my eyelid hurt so bad. DO NOT GET LASH SERVICES HERE! I thought it would be a great idea to get my lashes permed and tinted here. I've had this done at several salons. This salon was quite a bit smaller and "cheaper" looking, but I carried on. I noticed foil wrapped around the warmers and some other cleanliness issues, but figured it was just lashes right? WRONG. Now thanks to this "salon" I have a nasty stye on my lower eyelid, that may need to be medically drained. This place needs to seriously reevaluate their cleanliness procedures.
Best place in Rome to get eyebrows and lashes done! My mom and I have been going here for a little over a year and have never had a bad experience. Everything is extremely sanitary and all the staff are trained very well.
Awful! Fool me once, shame on me...I will never return to this location and advise everyone that you can receive a better threading experience and customer service anywhere. They messed up my eyebrows and behaved like I shouldn’t have been upset. No apology or anything. Never again!!!!
