I’ve been coming here since 2022, mainly to Suriya. But while she was on leave, I tried Geena and was left with two very different shapes brows. One was nicely arched while the other looked like half a circle. Paying 28 dollars for that kind of work from a place I recommend people to is quite unfortunate. Won’t be back.

I gotta say I removed the 5 stars to 1 after years of being a faithful customer of them , they decided to charge $25 dollars for a no-show when I had an emergency and could not speak to them to let them know I could not make it. Zero empathy , no considerations for their customers. The tech is great just customer care and business intelligence very poor…
This is no chop shop. My eyebrow threading always comes out great here. I always get so many compliments. Everyone is good at what they do especially Jehan (she’s the owner) very knowledgeable with a lot of experience. I never ever leave here unhappy. The vibe is high energy on the weekend because there are a lot of girls that work there that do different things with eyebrows and it’s very popular many woman and men from Pembroke Pines and surrounding areas go here.
