Wonderful staff and they are all very professional. The location is near a lot of other great shops and parking is easy. My eyebrows always look great no matter who does them.
Severe irritation. I had my eyebrows waxed and also asked to have my upper lip waxed. Before the service, I specifically asked if they had wax for sensitive facial skin because I know that facial wax is different. I immediately realized they were using the same wax they had used on my eyebrows because it was burning. It caused severe irritation and a very bad rash that I am still struggling to get under control. I would never go back to this place. I went once before and had a great experience with a girl who had long curly hair. The last time I went, I think her name was Amanda. She was extremely careless with my eyebrows. She was probably in a rush, and not only did she hurt me with the wax—which had never happened before but she also left one eyebrow uneven at the end.
