I was seeing a dentist at kings highway location that I have been with for years but his old office at Albee Square closed and he relocated to this facility. He made me suffer with a tooth ache, insisting that a root canal was my only option or an extraction. My insurance doesn't cover molar root canals which I learned after authorization was denied, I filed an appeal which was denied as well and the office manager at this location was aware that medicaid does not cover that procedure.
