Wasting time n money never come here long waiting more paying
Never come to this dental clinic at wilcrest .. thay only know how to make money.. very money oriented … do not trust on price on call.. come personally n get confirm
3rd world service at not such good rates as they claim, very unprofessional receptionist at Wilcrest location, doesn't even know service provided by the clinic. I spoke with Shwabe(not sure if I spelled his name correctly), he transferred me to different departments without telling me. I heard a click in the middle of conversation and then ring tone with no one to pick up the phone! When I called back to see what happened, he talked over me, and was very rude about it. Today I received a confusing reply for my review that was posted earlier for the Webster branch. I want to respond as follows- You did not give us a quote.. You said something before the treatment and charged something else at the counter . It took quite some time for the Dental Assistant, who came to the Billing Counter, to decide what to charge, My phone No is 2817866505 , please call if you want any clarification. The Dentist did a good job to relieve the pain.
I don't always write reviews but I am compelled to write this cos of the exemplary services i received at the S, Wilcrest clinic. i had walked in to get a dental services and got the best of services from Dr.'s Andrew, Smith and ably assisted by Halima. This team is very professional, courteous and respectful. They gave me the necessary medical support and attention all through the almost two hours session of bridging the aching tooth. I appreciate you all greatly
The dental services here are amazing. I have been. twice and as current as yesterday.I been been to many Private dentists and they need to model this practice. Very sterile and clean.Great dental exam by Dr Poucani she answered all my questions and explained my needed dental treatment. Let me say this'" If I was a millionaire I would still go to this Dental practice" I only paid 19.99 for all the xrays and exam. Even a panoramic xray that are very expensive. Never get back with us regarding an ultrasound results. Took 300 dollars and forgot about us. Will file a credit card dispute to get my money back. Poor customer service and communication. Not recommended. very bad experience. I would have chose no starts if I could.
I have been coming here for almost 2 years I believe. This clinic is super clean. Lorena (receptionist) super super nice. Ruby the assistant is AWESOME!! I am a very hard person to stick when it comes to having my blood drawn but, I have to say, when I say Ruby is awesome, she is AWESOME. All the staff were helpful and patience with answering the questions that I had regarding the treatment. Spl thanks to Mr.Sulthan and Dr.LE. Good treatment at reasonable rate.
