Terrible experience with IBM Contracting and it's front man, Sam. I needed a new shed installed in a backyard along with a platform so it's off the ground. I contacted IBM via Yelp, and was assured this was work they have done many times. Sam picked up a deposit, we went over the job, and everything was set for the following Saturday. Since this is outdoor work, Sam called and changed the date to a weekday when the weather was supposed to be better.
