The desk staff (Diane-Mgr) is great from booking to amending appointments and getting updates on your billing statement and /or insurance coverage. The therapists, and I’ve seen a handful of them, are knowledgeable, friendly, listen to your issue and address it with care. I would recommend the Avondale location. For me, location is key!
