SO disappointed in our experience here on 8/1. As an RN and sports mom I always recommended this location for acute orthopedic care after we had a satisfactory experience here in 2023 for my son’s football injury. My husband woke up on 8/1 with excruciating back pain and unable to go to work. I never leave negative reviews, but my experience here was unacceptable. I arrived for a scheduled appointment regarding chronic lower back pain (L4/L5 issue). Despite being on time, multiple patients who arrived *after* me were taken back first. After finally being called for X-rays, I was told to wait "just a few minutes" for the doctor—only to sit for **over an hour** in the waiting room.
