Today, I was in so much pain and went in .The nurse told me that I needed a referral from primary doctor and I notified them that I have one and will have my pcp fax it in. Dr.Taylor Atikinson was in and he wouldn’t see me. The nurse came back saying that you need a referral now and need to come back with appointment Otherwise you can pay $350 to go in.I told her that the pain is intolerable and I need to be seen asap. This team is best in class. Quick, professional, engaging, and just an overall great experience. Been to many, not sure I need another Ortho clinic now
Website says they take walk in patients, I called to see how long the wait is, she told me they can see me next Wednesday so I guess they're not a walk in clinic. Receptionist also sounded like I was bothering her.
Came in for a possible dislocated knee and I gotta say THEY TREAT YOU BETTER THAN ANY HOSPITAL WILL! nurses were polite, and helped me with my stuff, and one nurse even got a second opinion on my x-rays which was a big help. I'd recommend this place to anyone
