I had a successful shoulder surgery with Dr. Rimington and I have nothing but good things to say about him and a l l his staff, from Bianca ( his assistent) to Nicole ( appointments). The whole group of people at this office make me feel well taken care of and they work like a "well oiled machine". Thank you all for making me feel heard and addressing my needs!
I arrived the required 15 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment but was not see by anyone for over an hour. Finally, I was told that I could be seen by a nurse practitioner if I liked. I opted to do this and the woman who saw me was very thorough, patient, and. answered all of my concerns and questions. I was given a cortisone injection in my right shoulder and a referral for PT. I’m disappointed that I never got to meet the Doctor, though. I was told he was running late/backed up.
Dr Lyon’s and his assistant Jeanette have always displayed professionalism and patience .
