Outside of the wait, the staff at the front desk are always polite and very helpful. Dr. Mercier took very good care of me and my finger! He is retiring at the end of the month (August,2017), I wish him the best. Whoever has the pleasure of working with his nurse Lisa R. will gain years of experience and professionalism! Any Ortho needs in the future, I'm certain to return.
Dr. Nam is an amazing doctor! However the staff responsible for keeping information available to the patients and booking those appointments and confirming referrals SUCK! When a confirmation call is requested so requested information is received and it was never given is uncalled for! I'm glad my PCP agreed that this is my LAST visit here!
Dr. Nam, thank you for an amazing right leg acl repair, (16 mo. Post op). Dr Garg for rehabilitating the degenerative arthritis in my left shoulder/rotator cuff, (all great now!!), & Dr. Diekevers for my podiatry needs! Thank you - Bruno Mondello
I arrived early to fill out paperwork. I was called within 15 minutes of my appointment time. Dr Garg is awesome! Everyone was efficient from the front desk to the X-ray tech! Thanks for your services!

Dr Nam a his assistant Tony were great. Also, the office staff were always helpful and polite.
Why are you billing me for services you DID NOT provide? You even noted that the services were not provided when I called, yet you billed me for them again. Now I have to call....again. For your mistake. You lost a customer!
