Poor service from Dr. V. I’m not going back!
Very disappointing. The doctor didn’t listen to me, or to my concerns. Conversely, staff was friendly.
Previously I had a good rapport with the staff and with the doctor. But that day I was asked again to leave a card on hold. I told them again that I would not do that. Then the receptionist told me I would have to leave $250 deposit. I said I didn’t have that money to give. The young receptionist got an attitude and told me she was going to talk to the physicians.
