I was referred to this office for a suspected lupus diagnosis. I went in on 2/26/26 and paid my copay and got blood drawn. 2 days later the office calls me and said fedex never picked up my blood and now I have to come back in to redo it. I go back today on 3/9/26 and they ask me for another copay. I said that doesn’t really seem fair as this was not my mess up and I already paid the copay at the initial visit.
