Dr. Benck is very thorough and attentive and I also appreciate his time management and quick candid communication and assessment. I expressed an opinion on an alternative treatment for my arthritis and was assured by him that I should not make a change because of the risk to incur other issues. Thank you so much Dr. Benck.
I’m Korean and not very fluent in English, but Dr. Lettvin explained everything slowly and clearly, and he was very kind throughout the visit. He accurately identified the source of my pain, and I’ve improved a lot since then. An online interpreter was also provided, which helped me understand even better. The front desk staff, nurses, and the staff who assisted with my follow-up appointment were all very friendly, making the entire visit comfortable and pleasant. Thank you so much.
My experience was great. I was called in right away, Beth was very nice and friendly. Had xrays within 5 min., the Dr. Harold came in about 10 min. later. He was very thorough and friendly.
