I was deeply disappointed with my experience. The issues started right at check-in when the receptionist openly commented on my Cigna insurance card, saying they had "never seen one like this before," and then called another employee over to discuss it while I was standing there. This was highly unprofessional and made me feel disrespected. My frustration continued when I was informed that the doctor could only address one of my issues—my torn elbow—and not my lower back pain. Had a long wait even with an appointment. Dr Tu was very nice and concerned. She treated my injury well.
Dr. Leigh-Anne Tu is very easy to talk to. She assessed the problem right away and took her time to examine what needed to be done. I like her approach, and she is focused on the treatment and explains the treatment options. She is compassionate and really sincere with her treatment skills. I highly recommend her. I’m happy and glad to have her as my Orthopedic Surgeon. Overall the staff are really nice and knowledgeable. They are the A- Team! Thank you!
