I wish I could give this 0 stars. I have been going here for years to see my usual esthetician, Nagmeh. Now it's under new management and my usual person is no longer there. But I continue to go due to the history. I made an appointment Wednesday 11/8 for a service at 3:45 pm on Thursday 11/9. First time a guy answered so I knew something was amiss because the usual receptionist who always remembers me didn't answer.
