Very impressed with Drs knowledge
Every time I visit the office I feel welcomed the staff is kind and caring greeted with a smile
On arrival at 9:00 a.m. for a 9:45 a.m. appointment, I informed the staff that I had an appointment with my oncologist at 10:30 a.m . I asked if they could help me given the time constraints. Unfortunately, they didn't feel they could move up and they didn't offer to reschedule. They kept me waiting until the scheduled time and then put me in a room to wait. At 10:15 a.m. I had to leave.
