Very disappointing, our wonderful ocean view turned out to be air conditioning units. Needs some help and major updates. I won't be back.
We had a wonderful stay, location of the hotel is amazing. The staff is really supportive and helpful, special call out to Lee for all the patience and assigning best possible rooms for the group.
It would have been helpful if the absence of a lift to the upper floors had been clearly disclosed when we made the booking. We weren't aware of it, and it made access to our room quite difficult.
Our room was upgraded to ocean view upon arrival. The ocean view and corresponding sunrise the next morning were a real treat. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The room is a little older, so it has the smell that comes with age, but nothing problematic. I don’t love the humming of the mini-fridge - it would benefit from being in a cabinet to mask the sound.
