Super Aussicht mit Meerblick vom Zimmer aus, Bad sehr geräumig, kleiner Balkon. Die Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich, Betten sehr bequem, großzügiger Fernseher. Alles sehr sauber. Frühstück sehr sperrlich (auf Nachfrage ob es Frühstücksbasics wie Käse, Schinken und Salami gäbe, wurde meine Frage mit einem lapidaren "No" abgeschmettert) Von außen her strahlt das Hotel in voller Pracht von innen betrachtet würde ich es keinesfalls (nach deutschem Ermessen) in die 4-Sterne- Kategorie einordnen.
Mould dust dirt. Water demage and mildew too. Disgusting. Not even 1 star. I advised we have mould and dust allergies and they showed me a room that had mould and dirty and dust. The whole structure has mould and dirt and dust. Its toxic. I had asthma attack when we did saw the room as well when i went to hotel the entrace when we arrived and when i went back to seek full refound due to Misleading sevice faulse promises and insurances, failure os their services, as per Acc regulations. Got a studio room with ocean view was amazing for the price! Big bed. Spacious room for the portacot. Parking available. 15 minute walk from Town Centre. Across the road from the beach.
Dated rooms and the pictures of the place Basil Fawlty would be proud of. When you pay $430 for the night you dont expect to park on the street. What topped the night off was the fire alarm going off at 3am with toddlers and no staff onsite at all. No acknowledgement from office staff in the morning about the previous night. This is a 3 star property at best just because you put "Boutique" in the name does not make it so.
