7 weeks post hurricane Ian and after being informed that Ibis is a "preferred" contractor for our insurance company we have yet to receive a single proposal for a new roof. This company and Rob specifically in my opinion dragged his feet to receive information from our insurance company as to how much in compensation we were going to receive.
