She has a very poor management with patients.
Initial visits with my son were ok. However this providers unprofesionalism in handling administrative matters was very upsetting and unexpected. This provider crossed boundaries in handling matters between provider and patient. When this was communicated to the provider, this provider dismissed a pediatric patient based on the notion that the parents "tone" was unsatisfactory to her.

Dr Pena is direct and a problem solver, I recommend her without hesitation.
I saw this doctor had good ratings so I decided to try. Over the phone things seem fine but once day of appoinment came it very different. Lady at desk busy, not too nice but ok. Once I see doctor we talk, but again not nice she ask questions but not help.
After all this time seeing her I thought over time the sessions would get better but they just got worse.
