Who ever is this guy with keys to every single apartment.. maintenance guy? I don’t know who it is but you have NO rights to come in my house with a 12 year old inside home alone… He knocked about 3 times in a day but my daughter dosnt open to strangers. He opened the house and came inside to the living room not knowing she was asleep and when he saw her he said oh sorry and left… umm what?
