Property manager is unprofessional and does a horrible job on following up. Stay away from this company poor communication and poor customer service.
I would leave a zero star review if I could, do not rent with this management company. They do no respond to you, apartment is poor quality for the rent that is given. Building we moved into is unfinished and we had a rat issue because of the work they did on the building. Had to pull nails and teeth just to get responses for basic requests. Management is rude and condescending and blames you for issues they are responsible for creating. DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY PROPERTIES WITH THEM.
Property management tried to gaslight us and blame utility billing issues on us. We have proof of all our communications with them that these are problems we had contacted them about from the beginning of our lease. I should have known it was going to be a terrible experience from when I first met the property manager-- he is very condescending and barely communicates with us. All maintenance issues have been due to unfinished work but the management is blaming us for it. This property is definitely not worth what we pay for... read more
Please “BEWARE” of this property management. No consistency with maintenance he always have an attitude. You call with an emergency there is no responses. A lot of other problems just go somewhere else period. Rodent infestations have complained about it and sent email about it still nothing is done about it. I’m just over this building poor management
