For having a specialty membership group they are extremely difficult to work with. Most electricians have stated if they weren't forced to have an account for their vacation funds with this credit union they would never do business with them. I'm running into difficulties with them in refinancing existing auto loans. They are slow, won't answer my questions directly and I'm getting the runaround. My debit card is deactivated by the fraud department often to the point of annoying whilst paying normal bills. They are closed on the weekends and their entire phone automated service line is faulty, less than adequate, and convoluted. I have been a member for 29 years and they need to update their website or have better 24 hour customer service options. Very inconvenient.

There is no need to deposit 4% of my paycheck to this institution other than to make me pay fees to get MY money. If I want to avoid the fees I have to drive 45 minutes to get the money that should have never been withheld from my paycheck in the first place. Just give me my 4% and close this cut rate bank down!!!
