My debit card is deactivated by the fraud department often to the point of annoying whilst paying normal bills. They are closed on the weekends and their entire phone automated service line is faulty, less than adequate, and convoluted. I have been a member for 29 years and they need to update their website or have better 24 hour customer service options. Very inconvenient.

There is no need to deposit 4% of my paycheck to this institution other than to make me pay fees to get MY money. If I want to avoid the fees I have to drive 45 minutes to get the money that should have never been withheld from my paycheck in the first place. Just give me my 4% and close this cut rate bank down!!!

I was initially forced to bank with them by my union because that's where your vacation/PTO goes whether you like it or not but I figured I would give it a shot, this was in 2015. The hours were terrible, 1 location is impossible unless you live in the neighborhood, the customer service was a roll of the dice, 1 or 2 girls were nice but the rest specifically some older ladies were always rude & behaved like your very existence was the worst part of your day.
