This is the best place that I have visited,the service is excelent.
The resort is beautiful. The nicest we have ever stayed at. Staff are friendly and helpful. You want something just ask. Very intimate setting everything is easy to find and nothing is more than a two minute walk. We will be back ! The Japanese restaurant is best I've ever eaten !
Emailed them a week ago if a birthday surprise can be arranged for my mum staying at this hotel and they did not even manage to reply until today. Is that good guest relation management?
