Loved el Chef Jhontan & El Chef Orlando always there to help with our food selections, dinner reservations fabulous food. I really enjoyed the entertainment staff always engaging and fun. Montana was a hoot! Loved his spirit, energy and bigger than life smile and laugh.

Wonderful friendly staff. Hard working employees. Food is well prepared and choices are varied.The accommodations are clean and comfortable. Then there is the gorgeous weather and view of the Caribbean.
Infested with Roaches. They were in our room, along with fire ants, and beetles. When we called front desk, they brought us a can of bug spray. This was my first time out of the United States. They told us we could change rooms, but they offered us a room that COULD NOT even accommodate the 3 of us. I will not come to Iberostar upon my next visit. Food was mediocre, and there was Hair in my friends cheesecake. However, it had a nice beaches, and the excursions off the resort were amazing. ***ROACH PICTURES BELOW****
