My child used to attend this clinic, until she had a reaction to a vaccine they were pushing, several years ago. Every time we went after that, they were constantly pushing vaccines, to the point they were making us sign paperwork saying we were declining. When I called to see if one of the doctors could see her, again, for an ear ache, I was told she was in their system, but she would have to be treated as a new patient (whatever that means,) masks were required and she would be required to receive vaccinations. When first attending there, my child's chart was put under the wrong gender and wrong information despite the nurse asking a ton of questions. Called about it and it was supposed to be changed but never did get changed until physically going to the building. Then, a later appointment, the doctor had almost finished the appointment when the nurse walked in asking if he had the right chart. He did not. He excused himself to 'fix' the problem.
