I recently visited North Campus ER and was highly impressed by the cleanliness and upkeep of the entire campus—from the waiting room and ER to the CT machine room and hallways in between. I also had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Mitchell, who was wonderful. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, asked thoughtful questions, and genuinely listened to my concerns. I took my daughter here yesterday for serve right side pain without running any test or anything the dr response was “her ribs are sore” mind you she never coughed or anything. Went to women’s and children’s and her lymph nodes in her belly are inflamed and swollen. When an 8 year old is crying and expressing to a DOCTOR how much pain she is in he should’ve actually listened to her and do some tests

Very unprofessional doctors!! The doctor took a look at my son and told me I dont know I just don't know and when I called the supervisor I explained to her what happened because my friend had went through the same experience. I was trying to explain to her that the doctor told my friend the same thing about her hands burning for no reason and she cut me off in the middle of my sentence and said we are not talking about that visit we are talking about this one. Came in a 2am sever ear pain . Denise the menace took one look said swimmers ear wrote a script and sent me packing . 12 hrs later after having worse pain using the drops told to come back in been waiting 3 hrs and told it could be a few more hours and could I come back later.
