I am waiting to get in with my pcp as I recently moved to town and he is booked. Went in to emergency room recently with a urinary tract infection. I have had kidney disease for several years and an atrophic kidney. I was given antibiotics and told to take tylenol for pain. I looked online at my lab results seeing I had blood,nitrites and protein in my urine. I returned a week later with the same symptoms. Doctor did a cat scan to search for stones. These people are so unprofessional, the staff is rude and have no professionalism . There no manger are any one you can take your complaint to. They have a "understood" policy if you don't know it you just stuck. Dr. Dr. Kelli M. Cocke in my opinion is not professional she don't know what going on but she puts her two cents in. The entire place is very,very,very unprofessional. This place should fire everyone and get the professionals in there.
