RecommendedI had outpatient surgery this week and had an exceptional experience from Pre-admission to discharge. Preassessment calls from Sharon days ahead letting me know what to expect and any changes that occurred. The security guards were pleasantly helpful (even sitting outside in above 90 degree weather). Admission registration was handled kindly by Laverne and promptly as she was the only one at the time of my registration. Outpatient nursing staff was awesome (Julia, Jennifer and Monica). Eamc pays some of their employees less then grocery store stock boys.. it's really sad. less than 25 cent yearly raises. and their bonus was a joke. They paid people who make more, bigger bonuses then the people they pay less who needed it more. Stop being cheap when it comes to your health care workers..

RecommendedThe complex was beautiful. My wait time was very long. I was a little hurt when I didn’t see the doctor but the practical nurse was very attentive. She knew her job very well.
