I had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic. Fiona double-booked my appointment and was clearly in a rush, prioritizing speed over patient care. Instead of taking the time to discuss my goals, she kept pushing me to tell her how many units I wanted—without explaining the aesthetic effects of different injection sites. I specifically requested a Botox brow lift, which typically involves both the lateral brow and glabella. I’ve been receiving laser hair removal here and it’s been wonderful. I’ve had this done at multiple places before and it always hurts. This DOES NOT hurt. It’s incredible.
